Globe Midwest Adjusters International Congratulates Client Macomb County on Reopening After Renovations Due to Fire Damage
Globe Midwest Adjusters International is pleased to congratulate its client, Michigan’s Macomb County, on the renovation and reopening of the county’s downtown Mt. Clemens building which was closed in 2013 after a fire caused extensive damage to the 13-story high-rise. The insurance company initially offered $4 million but, through the efforts of Globe Midwest, the claim was ultimately settled for $16 million.
“We are so pleased that our team was able to assist Macomb County’s officials with the complicated but important process of restoring, replacing and upgrading their damaged property,” said Ethan Gross, Chief Operating Officer at Globe Midwest Adjusters International. “Congratulations to the County on its excellent management of this renovation project!”
